A normal player uses the vanilla pose table. Titan multiplies it by 1.25: standing 0.75 × 2.25, eye height 2.025. Visual scale matches the hitbox and is applied from the feet. The value does not stack on rejoin, dimension change or respawn.
Druid form: width 0.95, height 1.50, eye height 1.20. When both apply, the client applies Druid form before Titan scale. Class change and the Retraining Tome reset both states.
The direwolf scales like Titan (model ×1.25). Hitbox 1.25 × 5.0 × 2.5, eye height 1.72 — not the top of the AABB, or the snout stares at the floor.
